Darling Downs Produce Dinners

Next in the series of produce dinners which I will be personally hosting will feature the lovely wintery food from the Darling Downs.  They are to be held on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 May.  If you’d like us to hold a table for you just email Juliette. The last produce dinner sold out in 3 hours, so it’s wise to book early!  Here’s what will be on the menu….

DARLING DOWN’S PRODUCE DINNERS

Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 May

MENU

- Organic pork terrine, crackling, apple remoulade, purslane

- Broccoli soup, yabbie tortellini, potato espuma, dandelion

- Quail in vine leaf, ‘coleslaw’, tomato and basil dressing

- 24h wagyu, horseradish and mustard crust, sweetcorn puree, smoked calves tongue

- Candied organic tomato with 12 flavours, chocolate soil, anise ice cream

$69 pp
