Wide Bay/Burnett Produce Dinners

Next in our series of produce dinners will feature the fabulous foods of the Wide Bay / Burnett region. Dates are Tuesday 31 August and Wednesday 1 September. Alastair and some of the growers from the region will be visiting each table to chat about the food.

MENU

Coral trout sashimi, green caviar, passionfruit dressing, nigella

Ocean king prawns aigre doux, pickled white radish, ginger salt

Slow cooked pork, seared scallop, candied peanuts, hot mint

Spring chicken brick, slow cooked egg, goats cheese, parmesan broth

Passionfruit posset, bushmills strawberries, strawberry granita and paper

$69 per person. Wines perfectly matched to each course will also be available.
